Jan Post

RIFT Social Enterprise Chair

Jan established the RIFT Group in 1999 to specialise in tax advice and refunds. She holds a number of other Directorships and is very active in the charity sector. Jan has always been a passionate champion of individuals and small businesses. From a family of entrepreneurs she's always fought for what she believes is right for her customers and her business. She has been listed as one of the 40 most influential business leaders in Kent and has won numerous awards, including Woman of the Year in Construction and Business Woman of the Year.

Andy Gullick

RIFT Social Enterprise Chief Executive

Andy has a BSC (Hons) Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Social Work. He has spent all of his professional career working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals. His roles have included: social worker, Senior Probation Officer, Governor grade in three prisons, Chief Executive of a children's charity and Director of Justice for a major offender-focused employment organisation. Annette Bunn

Partnership Manager

Annette (Nettie) has a wide-ranging experienced background in banking, business development and business support, has supported start-ups and worked for a CiC. Her intensive, first-hand experience in the running and development of both her own company, as well as working with numerous companies over the years accounts for her understanding of the need to work on - and not just in - a business.

Lauren Peall

Project Coordinator and Tax Advisor

Lauren has a BTEC in Fine Art and History A-Level. She's an experienced tax advisor with 8 years experience working for RIFT, including a number of years as a Team Leader. She has also lead the RIFT Compliance Team dealing with HMRC enquiries, making her skilled in tax advice and customer service.
