£21,000 – £26,000

Starting salary is £21,000 (changes in April to £22,308) and increases to £26,000 as you progress through the levels. We also pay bonuses on achieving targets.

 About the role…

Our Personal Tax Assistants play a key role in our business. They are accountable for ensuring our customers receive timely and informative updates, alongside supporting our Personal Tax Teams with various important tasks including liaising with HMRC, document completion and customer information gathering. We are interested in your potential and would love to hear from you even if you haven’t got experience with tax, tax returns or HMRC rules and regulations.

This role is a golden ticket to fast-track career progression, within a 3-year period you could be a RIFT qualified Personal Tax Consultant! What you do here at RIFT really makes a difference to the lives of many, so if you have ambition, have good written communication, sound numeracy and IT skills and the desire to work as part of a collaborative team who change the lives of those they service, then this might be the job for you!

Working hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday with one evening shift each week. The first six months of this role will be office based in order to complete training and receive adequate coaching.
