This role calls for an individual who can lead from the front. You will have strong hands on knowledge of online marketing and customer acquisition disciplines. As Head of Digital you’ll be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of our online marketing acquisition strategy across all Paid Search, Social, Display Advertising, Referral and Email. You’ll lead the digital marketing team and agencies to ensure that marketing efficiencies are achieved and to develop the ongoing strategy for how they attract, convert and retain customers.


Our Contact Centre Advisors play a key role in our business. They are accountable for ensuring our value proposition is applied to each and every new and existing customer account, in order to invoke customer loyalty, improve retention levels and increase customer referrals.


Our Personal Tax Assistants play a key role in our business. They are accountable for ensuring our customers receive timely and informative updates, alongside supporting our Personal Tax Teams with the set up and closure of self-assessment records via HMRC. You do not need to possess any knowledge surrounding tax, tax returns or HMRC rules and regulations – what we are interested in is your potential!
