We’ve had a stunning year at RIFT, and we’re rolling into the 2017 Christmas holiday with the same solid commitment that got us here. We’ve got a lot to be proud of, and even more to aspire to in the future.
In terms of milestones passed, the total tax we’ve claimed back for RIFT customers now stands at £175 million. That’s all money they might otherwise never have even realised they were missing. It’s incredibly satisfying to have reached that figure, and to hear directly how happy our clients are with our services. In fact, we’re delighted to have received our highest ever customer satisfaction scores this year with 96% of customers saying they would recommend us, along with the Invicta Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Award.
